Whether you want to eat a more balanced diet, reach or maintain a healthy weight, move your body more, improve your sleep, quit smoking or cut down on alcohol, there is practical guidance to help you make lasting changes.

Support is also available for addiction and sexual health, helping you look after both your physical and mental wellbeing. Making small, positive changes today can lead to a healthier, happier future. 

Those who are 40-74 years old are eligible for a free NHS health check to reduce the risk of developing long-term conditions in the future. Please contact your GP to arrange an appointment at one of our four hubs.
